A Fellow and Certified Management Consultant, he has worked with some of Nigeria's leading hotel brands and restaurant groups, advising senior leaders on organisational structure, executive recruitment, workforce development, and operational excellence.
Beyond hospitality, Ifeanyi has built and managed high-impact entrepreneurship and business growth programmes that have supported hundreds of founders and SMEs across Nigeria. His work includes designing and leading accelerator programmes, managing strategic partnerships, overseeing business advisory initiatives, and building systems that help entrepreneurs scale sustainably.
